Credit Cards
Bully Sticks Direct accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Go through the standard checkout process, and enter your credit card information as requested. By entering your credit card information, you are affirming that you are legally authorized to use the credit card account number entered and that you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of your cardholder agreement. Your card is charged at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirming the fulfillment and shipment of your order.
Declined Payments
If your card is declined, you should receive a failed transaction message. Your card will not be charged, and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card-issuing bank removes the authorization. This usually happens within 2-5 business days. Your card may be declined for the following reasons:

General decline - This is usually caused by insufficient funds or a credit-limit issue. Contact your card-issuing bank for further details. No order will be created.

AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch - The billing address you entered during checkout does not match the mailing address associated with your credit card billing statement.

Card code mismatch - The 3-4 digit CVV2/CVC2/CID code on the back of your credit card, or front for AMEX, does not match what was entered during checkout.
We may also suggest PayPal as an alternative payment method.
PayPal
You can pay by PayPal as a guest – without a PayPal account – for no additional charge. To make a purchase using PayPal, select PayPal as your payment method. You will find this payment method on the shopping cart page. The PayPal login button is listed below the "Secure Checkout" button. To log into your PayPal account, click the “Check out with PayPal” button. This will take you directly to Paypal.com where you will enter your billing, shipping and payment information. Once you are logged in, you will be directed back to the shopping cart page on our site to confirm your order.
Sales Tax
Bully Sticks Direct is required by state law to charge 6% sales tax on all online orders shipped to a Michigan street address.
