We currently ship via Fedex and USPS Priority mail, and offer free shipping on every order. We normally ship within 3 business days Monday-Friday.
Return Policy
Bully Sticks Direct stands behind each and every product that we offer for sale on our website. We carefully review and choose each product that gets listed on our website based on pricing, quality, and nutritional value. From time to time, you may need to return products to us for whatever reason; we make this process as easy as possible.
Bully Sticks Direct wants to offer its valued customers the best and most generous Return Policy online. Our Return Policy is to offer a store credit for the full purchase price plus an additional 10% for your inconvenience (or a refund to the original form of payment for the full purchase price) if you may need to return products to us for whatever reason; however, you, the customer are responsible for returning the product in sellable condition and paying for all return shipping costs. If you plan to make a return, we need to be notified within 30 days (one month) of you receiving your order. All returns must be received by Bully Sticks Direct within 14 days (two weeks) of notification of the return. That's a full 6 weeks (one and a half months) to return the product after you receive it.
If you would like to process a return, please contact Bullysticksdirect.com via email or phone to obtain an RMA# for your return. This RMA# needs to be clearly printed on your return, and you should ship your return back to us using a tractable shipping service to ensure a safe delivery.
Upon receipt of your return, we will verify your return within 24 hours (one business day) and issue a store credit for the full purchase price plus an additional 10% for your inconvenience (or a refund to the original form of payment for the full purchase price) based on the method you chose when you obtained your RMA#. At this time, we are not able to accept returns of any used items for health and safety reasons as this is a food product.
